Temecula: Three Arrested Accused Of Multiple Residential Burglaries

Per Press Release –

On April 6th, 2018, Officers from the Temecula Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team (S.E.T.)made contact with Broderick Kinzenbaw (9/7/94) and Alyssa Gervais (2/27/96), both out of Anza.

Broderick and Alyssa were located at a Temecula motel and were found to be in possession of a large amount of U.S. currency and personal property that was later linked to a residential burglary.

Broderick was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center on an outstanding felony arrest warrant, while Alyssa was cited and released for her misdemeanor arrest warrants.

According to the press release –

While conducting a follow-up investigation, officers from the Special Enforcement Team were able to identify multiple residential burglary victims and connect Broederick Kinzenbaw and Alyssa Gervais to the crimes.

On April 13th, 2018, Officers were able to contact Alyssa Gervais and Brenten Kinzenbaw (11/26/97 – Broderick’s brother) and detained them at a motel within the City of San Jacinto.

The report also stated that Brenten Kinzenbaw was observed arriving at the location in a vehicle, which had been reported stolen in the City of Moreno Valley on April 12th , 2018.

Inside of the vehicle, officers were able to locate and recover multiple firearms and ammunition which had been stolen during the Anza area residential burglaries.
